Privacy policy
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your store name and email address. We also record how you found us (a campaign tag in the link you used, or the domain of the site that referred you) and your time zone, so we can offer an intro call at a sensible hour.
How we use it
To keep your place on the waitlist, send you a welcome email, product updates and e-commerce insights, book your free 1:1 intro call, and set up your free trial when we launch.
Who processes it
We use a small number of service providers to run the waitlist: Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), Cal.com (booking your intro call, which includes a Google Meet link) and Vercel (website hosting, which handles standard request data such as IP addresses). We don't sell your information.
Cookies
The public site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. A sign-in cookie is used only on our private admin area.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist details until you ask us to remove them or the waitlist is no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing hello@fytem.com. Your intro call can be rescheduled or cancelled from the links in your welcome email.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
